Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Destinations
Shortcut Lab currently ships to:
- Australia (all states and territories)
- Selected international regions, including New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Canada and United States
Please note: International shipping availability may vary by product and carrier. If your region isn’t listed at checkout, we’re unable to ship there at this time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, postal delays, or public holidays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Shortcut Lab is not liable for these charges or for delays caused by customs processing.
We recommend checking your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to appear in the system.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@shortcutlab.com.au.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is complete and correct before checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately — once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the address.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:
- Please contact us at support@shortcutlab.com.au with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item or packaging.
- We will investigate with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, offer a replacement or refund.
Shortcut Lab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect delivery information, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issue.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
For products marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are shipped.
If you wish to make changes, please email us immediately at support@shortcutlab.com.au.
Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
