Refund & Returns Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality products and a smooth experience for all our customers. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Returns and Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products — including car fragrance cards, decorative stickers, and other small personal-use accessories — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This approach helps us maintain affordable pricing and minimise unnecessary postage and packaging waste.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@shortcutlab.com.au, quoting your order number and including a brief description of the issue (photos are appreciated).


2. Return Postage Costs

  • For approved returns due to damage, fault, or error, Shortcut Lab will cover the return postage or provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • For returns not approved in advance, or for items returned for change of mind, customers are responsible for any return postage costs.

Please do not send any items back to us without prior authorisation.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon delivery.
If any item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used car fragrance cards or stickers
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

If you are uncertain about an item prior to purchase, please contact us for further information before placing your order.


5. Refunds

Once your return or refund request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction.
